OVERLAY tiny dot WHITE dots on solid colour

This might look like nothing (a blank white page or a simple pattern) but it is actually a tiny dot OVERLAY that will add a pattern of tiny white dot over any background colour or digital paper.

Please note: it must be used in a PNG format to work. (Overlays are very easy to use & so fun that it's addictive!) :-)

It will magically add a white antique ledger script to any digital paper (or colour layer) if you drag and drop it onto them in Photoshop ( or using GIMP which is a free opensource software very similar to Photoshop found here: www.gimp.org/ )

For a tutorial on how to use overlays, please visit this blog post: melstampz.blogspot.com/2011/10/circle-overlays-to-revamp-...

This idea for this photo was inspired by o2ma's tea set (now removed). The set was mentioned on flickr blog in January. I am also trying to use Paul Watson's Crisp White Background tutorial posted in the very worthwhile Techniques group. I first noticed Paul using the technique when I saw his picture of a notebook.
